Project engineers have 12-15 years of work experience of mold design, mold making and plastic molding and can follow customer’s needs closely.

Our team`s action from PO to after sale:
After getting PO,During the mold design, review the DFM report with mold design and building team according to the injection moulding experience. Kindly communicate with the customer on any technology of part and mold.During the mold building, weekly report to the customerDuring the mold trial, familiar with solving lots of mold problem and injection process issues.During the mold preparing for shipment, carefully check the mold detail according to the customer's standard, ensure that the mold is 100% OK to the export, and also take the mold photos.After sale, We will keep the final mold drawings for 5 years here. If the customer has any need to modify the mold or solve any mold problems after shipment, our team will assist the customer to solve for free of charge by phone, Email and Skype. If necessary, our team will directly go to the customer's factory site for solving.
