We have obtained the ISO9001 quality control system certificate, and will continue to apply for TS16949 & ISO14000, Our team well versed in all areas of first article control and production. Our final target is to supply the products and mould with highly quality and precision for the customer. 

QC department have high precision measuring equipments, it can make sure to get the precise dimension.Measuring tools will be checked and revise the right precision by professionals each month.Factory workshop is clear and is with air conditioning to maintain indoor temperature.QC team will check the quality in every procedure during mold manufacturing, eg. CNC, EDM, Grinding, Testing  and so on.

100% inspection & auditing

We strive to allow only the highest quality parts to leave our facility. If there is any NG parts, it will be remade new one.Every piece we produce is 100% inspected by trained and certified inspectors according to drawing requirement before fitting mold or shipment.

In fact, we pursue perfection every day and on every design, mold, and tool we work on. To accomplish this, we have implemented some of the strictest quality measures possible.
